Keller ISD will continue to partner with Tutor.com in an effort to provide additional academic support to students and families.

Beginning Monday, August 29, this online tutorial service will be available for KISD 5th through 12th- graders seven days a week, between the hours of 6 a.m. to midnight. Tutoring hours will be capped at 90 minutes per student, per week, with hours resetting every Friday. If students need more support, they should contact their teacher and discuss additional options.

This online tutorial service is meant to provide supplemental support for students and should not replace teacher instruction. Students needing academic support should always reach out to their teachers first, then are encouraged to use Tutor.com services as additional assistance when needed. Once the service begins, students will access online tutoring through KCloud, and will click the Tutor.com tile to log in to the service.

Tutor.com will be available in all subject areas and at all academic levels, and tutors are available for English and Spanish instruction. This resource also provides free self-paced SAT/ACT preparation and the ability for students to test their content knowledge with a variety of diagnostic and practice quizzes. The asynchronous drop-off essay and resume review features are also popular free services for students through Tutor.com.
