Dear Ridge Families,

We are implementing a new policy following Spring Break related to students leaving the classroom for restroom breaks. If a student desires to leave the classroom, they must leave their cell phone in their teacher’s possession until they return from the restroom. The teacher will store the cell phone in a secure location while the student is away from class. We believe this will curb some of the undesirable activity that sometimes takes place in our restrooms. It will also motivate students to return to class in a more timely manner. We appreciate your support of this new policy. Our desire is to do everything within our power to ensure that Fossil Ridge High School remains a positive environment for student learning.
